Sunday Workout Log Week 1

So, it’s been one week.(And I’m one day left with this update, but hey!) One week of getting back to shape. One week of .. not the best effort! After one week I’ve racked up a total of 125 minutes working out! Not exactly rocket speed, but I have faith it’ll be easier as the weeks fly by! So, what about that weight difference? Well, it’s better than nothing, but I’m guessing weight fluctuates any way.. Anywho;

-1.5kgs!

It’s a green number! Yay! Also; I’ve completed one week of the 100 pushups program. It’s killing my arms. Which kinda is a shame, seeing how I like my arms. And I’m not ready to learn playing video games with my teeth.

    Green sure was green! Let’s just hope green stays green, and that it doesn’t turn red. Which is what I’m fearing for this week. But go green, go! Woo! *starves self*
