Two nights ago I fell asleep at 2 am. I woke up at 5 am. Then I drowzed off at around 5pm that evening, woke up a couple of hours later. Jump forward 17 hours and I’m at school coding some php. Atleast, I think I am. I’m what you call tired. Or a zombie, if you want to be accurate. One lecture to go and I’m heading home for some sleep. It shall be epic. Before that; make the jump to see what fluids I offer to this temple of power I so boldly call “my body”.

Ice. Coffee. Of course. Oh nom nom. Doesn’t really help, but it’s tasty.

Coca. Cola. Zero. Dunno why I’ve started drinking Zero. My thirst has to be quenched though. Quench it Zero, quench it!!

Quick. Lunch. XXL. Just like my waist.

And to go with such a fine meal, I must listen to the finest of musical artistry.

Flight of the Conchords. My love for these guys is not a secret, and I highly recommend this album(Spotify). (Inner City Pressure, is my favorite tune) Now if you’d excuse me; I have some Ice Coffee Zero headed for the drains.

It’s been raining hard all day. The winds are blowing like a penniless girl in Amsterdam. There’s no doubt about it. Summer’s gone – Fall is here. Or Autumn, if you’re into that kind of shit. Anyways, I don’t know what to think about it. I hate the short days. It’s getting darker and darker every day. I love to hear the rain brutally crash upon the windows when I’m inside. I hate that same rain when I’m forced to go to school. But I love the fact that I can stay in all day and blame it on the weather.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I last posted anything. The reason for my treason is school. I’m back to my IT studies. This time with what I like to call Motivation. I’ve finally settled in now though, so things are going great. I really think there’s a slight chance I’ll actually become something this time around. That’s kinda cool.

I’d like to thank everyone who gave me their valuable feedback and experience when I wanted help deciding on a DSLR, but as things unfold it seems I neither have the time nor the money to make such an investment now. The time is obviously because of school – I want to do well – the money is also, well kind of, because of school. I bought a Macbook Pro. And there’s no doubt about it; It was expensive. But so far I’m very pleased, and hopefully it’ll help me get trough all of my assignments when they start to pile up.

So there you have it, a little update about what’s going on. Stay tuned the next couple of days for pictures of me transforming from a 40 year old dirty hobo to a twelve year old innocent altar boy. In the meantine, if you’re feeling creative, I urge you to drop by my girlfriend’s oekaki board!

Oh, and I apologize for that penniless girl comment. I don’t even know what that was.

Third Time’s the Charm

After working full time as a gas station attendant I’ve had it. Enough! No more! Too much! That is, I’ll still work every other weekend, but no more long days. No more getting up at 5 am. No more constant leg pain. I’m free! Freeeeeee!

Not.

I’m going back to school. Turns out I was accepted at Østfold University College for a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Huh. This sounds familiar. Bachelor’s Degree. Computer Science. School. Yeah. This is my third, and final, go at getting an education. I’ve tried it in Trondheim and in Oslo, neither worked out for whatever reason. (No Motivation/Laziness) But my oh my how things are different now. I’ve never been more motivated. I’ve never been more determined. All those hours getting yelled at, all that time I’ve been forced to be nice to idiots. It’s gonna help me now. Help me stay motivated. Help me do my assignments. Do the work I need to do.

Oh and yeah, it’s 08 am now. I’ve yet to go to bed. Pfft. Sleep is overrated.
